This form is designed for you to be able to provide us with details of any issues you are experiencing with our online systems. This might be our public website that you are on now, and for registered dietitians it may be an issue you are experiencing in your secure Practitioner Portal. The goal is that your information will help us and our IT providers to identify and fix system issues, to improve the overall experience for yourself and other users going forward. If you are experiencing an issue online that needs urgent attention, such as inability to renew your practicing certificate online, contact the Board’s office directly.
