Registration | Appeals

If the Dietitians Board declines your application for registration or for a practising certificate, or includes conditions in your scope of practice with which you do not agree, you have the right to appeal the Board's decision under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, Part 5,sections 106 - 113. 

Your appeal must be made to the District Court within 20 working days of the Board's decision being communicated to you (or within a further time authorised by a judge).
